#TransformationTuesday… A lot can change in 6 months. I am so much stronger mentally and physically than I was six months ago. I am happier. Doing less cardio. Lifting more. Eating more. And I can’t wait to see what the next six months will bring. (And I don’t wanna hear any of that “you looked better before” crap✋)

They support me immensely!  I am so lucky to have parents who understand what I do and love and who will do everything they can to help me succeed. 

My long term goals are to get stronger and gain muscle.  To never stop pushing myself.  To always go above and beyond.

BUT I’d really love to do some unassisted pull-ups and parallel squat 185 ;)

I have gained not only weight between these two pictures but I’ve gained so much more than that! I’ve gained life, a new found love for weightlifting, I’ve gained happiness, strength, health and most importantly I’ve gained love for myself!

I’m so proud of myself and even though I still have my bad days I know that I’m on the right path! Change your mind, change the way you think and I promise it will change you! 💕

I personally love it! Almond butter is delicious too. Add some chopped apple and some cinnamon and stevia if you wanna and you have a delicious, filling snack.

I definitely didn’t start lifting to lose weight!  I started initially to gain some strength for ballet, which morphed into putting on some mass.  But soon lifting became my passion and I never looked back :)
